Officials from the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare (MoCDSW) had a learning visit to YONECO in which they toured the Tithandizane Helpline Center, ICT and the Radio departments.
The visit was aimed at getting insights on how YONECO manages reported cases on Gender Based Violence (GBV) as well as Violence against Children (VAC). The visiting team also had a briefing on YONECO’s general programming, as well as the role of Tithandizane Helpline Services in promoting the rights and welfare of marginalized groups of people in Malawi.
